usually i'm using "SpaceCadet" as syntax highlighter theme within TextMate, is it possible to export any given file (javascript, java ruby html php...) into html with the same colors as in the theme in use ?

found using "Bundles > TextMate > Create HTML From Dicument..."
could this been done from outside of TextMate i mean using command line or AppleScript.
for example using command line :
open -a TextMate.app the_file_2_colorize
save the file as HTML ???

Yes. Look for "Create HTML From Document / Selection" or "Create HTML From Document / Selection With Line Numbers" in the TexMate bundle.
