1-open a new TM window 2-write a line containing " \\a" (some spaces, some slashes, smthng else) 3-move the cursor back in the middle of the spaces 4-double click
Result: the spaces AND the slashes are selected.
Am I the only one to hate this? I expect the spaces only to be selected.
Regards, Piero

Yeah, I hope allan does something about making a bunch of contiguous whitespace act as a 'word', also for things like ⌥←, etc. There isn't much to do about it at the moment, however, so you'll just have to tough it out. :)

You could add \ to word chars (in preferences, text editing) -- but then when you double-click the a, \\a will be selected.
