I have the TextMate blog on an RSS subscription but there's a lot more going on out there. Any chance someone could set up an aggregate feed?

You mean someone collecting all mentions of TextMate in various blogs and make one feed out of it?
Might be a job for one of the many aggregation services (feedster, technorati, …)
