When inserting TODO comments in a latex file, they are repeated in the html page. Is this a problem with respect to Latex files or am I doing something wrong?

Most likely the TODO’s also end up in the log file or similar.
What happens if you click on the duplicated versions, do they lead to the actual LaTeX file?
