Hey all,
i'm using 'xbel' for some specific xml file and like to know if it's possible to let TextMate knows the files with extension xbel are xml files ?
best,
Yvon
Just change the language to XML using the menu at the bottom.

For new threads USE THIS: textmate@lists.macromates.com (threading gets destroyed and the universe will collapse if you don't) http://lists.macromates.com/mailman/listinfo/textmate
Once you specifically choose a language for an extension TextMate will remember the association, so if you open another .xbel file it should be opened as XML.

i knew that point, i wanted TextMate to recognize by itself *.xbel files are of type xml.
then no way to register xbel as xml ?

It will recognize them from now on in your system. Any other xbel file you open now will be opened with xml as the language.
