Here is a regexp that might do the trick:
(?<=()[^()]+
how it works:
(?<=() look-behind for a (
[^()]+ chars that are not ( or )
Question for the regexp guru's on this list: Why does using both look-behind and look-ahead like below fail?
(?<=().*(?=))
