Not working for me. I am running Mac OS 10.14.6. Looks like this. I cannot drag the top part down to make it accessible.

Can’t help, but – same thing here. Same TextMate version, on macOS Mojave. It also happens in a different user account in which TextMate is running with default settings and bundles.

The browser section is shrunk down to a few pixels. I'm unable to use the drag handle to resize the panels to reveal the browser section. Any secret tricks to restore the panels to their default size?
