Is TM_LATEX_MASTER required to be an absolute path? I switched to the typeset_and_view branch on my work system and had an error in texMate.py determine_ts_directory(), since I have TM_LATEX_MASTER="master.tex" set in the project. Removing that variable and switching to master.tex allowed me to compile with cmd-r as usual. Sorry I don't have the exact error message; the project is on my work system.
