There's a lot of bundles out there and from my previous experience with setting up a Python environment, it's quite a few config options and both complementing and different bundles out there.
So this time around I'd just like to ask: Which bundles should I use for a nice environment for website development (HTML, CSS and probably some PHP).
Is the basic CSS and HTML bundles just fine, or should I check out some others?
How about rendering/previewing changes? Like in python and ruby development, I can run the program in a TM window, but with HTML it seems I have to load/refresh the page in an external browser. Or does TM provide a html renderer inline in it's own window?

I can't recommend https://github.com/minimaldesign highly enough. Takes a tiny bit of getting used to but I write CSS faster than I think it with that bundle!
typing: lstn (tab) and getting list-style-type:none; or dib (tab) and getting display: inline-block; is really pretty incredible. Pretty much any prop/value you can think of has a thoughtful shortcut.
There are a few other HTML/CSS bundles around (sorry, no real recommendation) that have more HTML5/CSS3.
Dear Phil,
I use Zen Coding (http://code.google.com/p/zen-coding/) for both HTML and CSS, is extremely fast and allows use many PHP parameters. Besides, it's extremely documented.
