The highlight is meant to indicate that
`constant.character.escape.pgsql` does not conform to our naming
conventions, but it seems the grammar (that flags this) is simply wrong,
I believe because this is a repository rule.
So just ignore the invalid highlight for now, it should be fixed in the
Language Grammar grammar.
