You can press ⌃⇧P with the caret anywhere in your source to see how TextMate parsed that bit.
If you send the code in question, it’s easier to test locally here what is wrong.

Did my best to transcribe the line you provided and didn't find any error in the highlighting. Best to post the actual code though so it can be tested easily:
In the TextMate bundle there is a "Paste Selection Online" option, use it to paste a sample that breaks and send the url it provides to the list.
Your picture shows the same highlighting i get if i use the Ruby or Ruby on Rails grammer. I'd suggest using HTML(Rails) for your views.
