Since this morning and a new update ( TM 1.5.1 1021) With latex Bundle when i type ^ (not the ctrl key but the key for î ô etc) i've a menu on the screen
1) run makeindex 2) run BibTex
With html bundle when i type ^ all the html commands disappear and there remains only my text between the <p> </p>
It is very unpleasant. i need î ô ê etc...

So this is ^ as a dead-key, or a key inserting the character immediately?
Are you using a standard Apple keyboard?
Could you try rename ~/Library/Application Support/TextMate/Bundles and reload bundles to see if it is related to local bundle changes.

1) first after rename : ~/Library/Application Support/TextMate/ Bundles, all is fine. I obtained all my bundles with svn. 2) Apple wireles keyboard 3) this is ^ as a dead-key : i type ^ and i have the problem, i've no time to type i or e.

This should be fixed for next build (as well).
FYI it happens only the first time launching TM, loading bundles from disk. When loading from cache it should work fine (as the proper key normalization happens here).
