"apple + :" (or "apple + shift + ." ;)
then switch language here. But it's true some quicker way to switch between the languages (w/o to have to open this window and fiddle around with the cycle) would be nice maybe. :)

As I write as much in french than in english, I use the "multilingual" dictionary. Maybe it's less accurate, as it check words against multiple language, but I don't have to change all the time.

Didn't knew there is a multilingual dictionary. Thanks for the tip, that's for sure more comfortable and enough for my purpose.

Multilingual is for every language, I'd sure like to limit it to 2 or 3 languages, but I never found a way to do it. At least It does some context checking per sentence when suggesting word.

For those who have encoding trouble with this command, you can replace : php -r 'echo html_entity_decode( file_get_contents("/dev/stdin"), ENT_QUOTES );' by : php -r 'echo utf8_encode(html_entity_decode( file_get_contents("/dev/ stdin"), ENT_QUOTES ));' in the Bundle Editor.

I have rewritten the various entity related functions so now the decode function works with utf-8, decodes both named and numeric entities. The encode function encodes non-ASCII as numeric when there is no known name etc.
This will be available starting with next build. For those who have customized their versions, delete the misc. commands in ~/Library/ Application Support/TextMate/Bundles/HTML.tmbundle/Commands to revert to defaults.
