Not sure who's maintaining the PHP bundle (Ciarán?) but any chance you could include this tiny, tiny snippet? It makes writing longer blocks easier.

 Also - I'm using Doxygen rather than PHPDocumentor (as it seems easier to get it into TeX ? let me know if I'm wrong here!) - any chance we could have

/** * **/

as the docblock defn? I don't think it interferes with PHPDocumentor, and it makes folding easier on long comments.
