This was removed in r1589:
[CHANGED] Remove key equivalents from the action menu in the drawer (these haven’t worked for a while).
This would only work if you initially right-clicked, then pressed the shortcut, but it appears that this binding has been a victim of the recent update as well.
For most users it would appear they simply didn’t work, resulting in lots of redundant bug reports, hence why it was removed.
Any way to get it back through editing the key bindings file? Or another solution?
I think System Preferences → Keyboard bindings will also work for pop-up menus.
