The problem is with the interactive input library we inject into commands spawned by (some) TextMate commands.
There is a compatibility problem on Snow Leopard — the functionality it offers is however pretty awesome, so we are running with it “enabled by default”.
You can disable it, as you probably already know. We have not obtained new info to workaround the Skim problem since the issue was last brought up.
We could perhaps just disable interactive input for the LaTeX bundle, Alex?
