To my knowledge, no. The wiki request page shows a request for Mediawiki http://macromates.com/wiki/pmwiki?n=Main.Bundles.
Are you requesting someone do it, or offering to make one? If the second, then you should unofficially claim it at http://macromates.com/wiki/pmwiki?n=Bundles.WhoDoesWhat so people don't duplicate the work...
