If you're talking about tabbing back and forward when you've triggered a snippet or something, you can just use shift-tab.

Being a former vim user, I've asked that question numerous times. To my knowledge, there is no jump history feature in TM. I have found a suitable alternative for almost every feature of vim that I loved. This is one feature that I haven't found a TM equivalent.
