I recently updated to Stata 15, and am having trouble running Stata from TextMate. When I use the command to run (command-R), rather than run the do file from Textmate, Textmate opens the do file in a Stata do file editor. I was hoping someone might have some help trouble shooting this, as I prefer the old way.
From within Stata, go to Preferences -> General preferences -> Windows, and edit the preferences associated with the do-file editor. Uncheck the box "Edit do-files opened from the Finder in Do-file Editor". That should do it, but let me know if you are still having problems.
