Does this actually show as a context-menu key? It should be the help key.

It works in all applications except TextMate, which keeps opening context menu (offering various web searches) when I press that key. Other remapped keys work in TextMate fine.

You can disable the Web Searches bundle. Window -> Show Bundle Editor, then click More Bundles and uncheck it.

I don't know how Ukelele remap keys, so I can't say if TextMate should be handling this better.
