It's the "Refresh Browser" command in the html bundle. In fact it would be the same to do: Cmd+S, switch to browser, Cmd+R, as it's "Reload page" in Safari too.
I agree that it's faster to the server; I guess you back it up after you've uploaded a final copy?
Yes I have a mirror folder that I update every now and then. At the end of the day at least.
