As i know ._ files are not TM specific... not sure what is it though. Some kind of OS-specific metadata i think...

I've noticed that when Textmate saves a file it leaves a backup "._" copy behind. Is there any way to prevent this from happening? There is nothing in the Preferences that indicate any control over this.
