Probably when the beta label is dropped.
Is there anyone left using TextMate 1 *and* TextMate 2?
I’m sure there are some, the question is how many (i.e. enough to make it worthwhile to support it). For TextMate 1.x users alone, that number is still rather big, and 1.x still do not report 2.0 as a “new update” (via the s/w update checker), and as implied above, 2.0 still has a beta label…
