Everyone,
I'm fortunate to have access to a community filled with so much experiential knowledge surrounding this topic.
I have started looking at some of the resources offered in response to my questions, and I'm glad I asked!
The discussion and comments, it appears to have invoked, have probably been more helpful than anything else. I'm confidant that I'm not wasting my time as a Website Developer learning SVN.
