The only way to alter the contents included by folder reference is by changing the patterns: http://macromates.com/textmate/manual/working_with_multiple_files#filtering_...
Yes I know because I use : .*.(tex|cls|sty|cfg|log)$ it is my filter for my latex project.
But when I select a file in the project drawer, I have the possibility : "Remove Selected Files" with two possibilities "Delete references" or "move to trash so why I can make this action on the folder or on the files at the main level ?
and not at another level (sub folder). I can "move to trash" but not " Delete the references" . it's frustrating !
