Isn;t there somehwere a little program that can detect wich key is in wich (active started) program (global in osx) so you can see wich program used what key-combo.? Something like the list in TM.

In Tiger, Ctrl-Esc never worked for me (someone found Apple Remote Desktop was the culprit) but it's working fine in Leopard...
