The grammar will need to be updated for this, as it currently does not assign special scopes to these attribute values — how to do that can be found in the manual http://manual.macromates.com/en/language_grammars — the current grammar does give a special scope to ‘id’ attribute values (I believe so they can be included in the symbol pop-up).
