Mike, please remember to create a new mail instead of replying to an existing one, when changing the subject. Doing it like this messes up the threading on those mailers which support that (such as Apple's Mail).
This is especially since this list is used for feature requests, bug reports and discussions of features in general, and looking for an existing discussion/bug report is much easier with proper threading. You should consider reposting your "Refresh FireFox command" mail as a new mail to the list.
