My initial guess is that some kind of debugging/logging thing is tripping me up. But who knows?
A quick google on Amendment turns up this Mac spelling checker: http://www.amendmentapp.com/
So at least the first output line is from that application. I don’t know if the following errors are also from Amendment -- I have cc’ed their feedback address.
