I have taken to randomly pressing key combinations and seeing what happens. Has anyone compiled a master list of which features are invoked by which keys? Normally the menus provide such a reference, but there seem to be a lot of these hidden gems that aren't in the menus.
Ah, I don't think it's actually that many ;)
The key bindings augmenting the menus are in the KeyBindings.dict you'll find in TextMate.app (Show Package Contents) Contents / Resources.
The main reason incremental search is not in the menu is that it's still “experimental”.
