Something which is probably not obvious is that this wiki uses groups. So what looks like a hierarchical link, e.g. “Suggestions / GUI” or “Bundles / ObjectiveC” is actually the GUI/ObjectiveC page in the Suggestions/Bundles group. If the page name is not prefixed with a group, it uses the current group.
So there is not arbitrary nesting, and it's important to prefix the links in the sidebar (since these will appear in all group contexts).
Although I have not really found a proper way to do code boxes. I settled for the solution I have now.
Yes, I can't find any markup for code either. But one can define new styles both locally, for groups and globally (as administrator). I'll look into this tomorrow and add a style or new markup for code blocks.
