When was creating a new file from template I got a dialog where I could set the filename.
Then strange things happened ... and now I just get automatically created a new file called untitled each time I want to create a new file.
How can I enforce the dialog ?
(changing [Preferences >> General >> Untitled Documents] doesn't seem to affect this.)
