You cannot change the syntax highliting colours w/o manually editing the bundle file. I'm afraid I don't think it is a good thing.
I like to have light background and to modify it, I have to find the hexcode for every colour I want to change and restart TM.
It is a bit too cumbersome.
Nobody said it was a good idea! This is version 1.0. Wait, and it will come :-). I didn't mean that syntax highlight files should be in the menus (how could that work anyway?) just the toggling of highlight on/off etc.
