[TxMt] Blogging Bundle: Date Format

Hello,

I am relatively new to TextMate.

I am trying to figure out where the date format is defined in blogging bundle. What I would like to do is have fetch command render the date in the U.S. format (day/month/year).

Could someone point me in the direction of where to look.
