They work fine. There are slight differences in the way that TM1 and TM2 claim the txmt:// URL, so some commands/scripts which rely on this to open files and jump to lines might behave peculiarly.

TM1 claims the URL when you launch it, TM2 will only claim the URL if you open the Terminal tab in the Preferences window.

Aside from this, they work nicely together!
