Thought it might be my GUI client (svnX) so did a checkout from terminal. Same problem:
svn: Failed to add directory 'Bundles/SQL.tmbundle/support': object of the same name already exists
Sounds like a case sensitivity problem: maybe someone added a "Support" directory and a "support" directory, which HFS+ doesn't support.
