it also doesn't seem to save settings under tiger. You can change them using the prefs editor in the xcode tools though.
Not sure if its still maintained, last time I looked the mailing list seemed pretty quiet.

I try iTerm every time a new release comes out, but it still has some major memory leaks that cause it to sloooooow doooooowwwwwwwnnnnnn after a couple of days. I went back to Terminal.app. Too bad, really; it's got promise.
