According to Ben Jackson:
couldn't launch TextMate (you may need to reset your LS database)
after installing b14. I copied tm and tm_wait to /usr/local/bin.
To reset the database use
open <a file>.tmproj
You will be asked whether you really want to open that file for the first time with TextMate. Answer yes and you'll be set.
