Most likely a corrupted launch services database, try run this in Terminal: /System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Versions/A/Support/lsregister -kill -seed /Applications{,/Utilities}

It solves the problem only temporarily and partially. It have been able to use TextMate only once with quickcursor. I have to reissue the above command and logout and login again before I'm able to use quickcurson again with TM2.
