CWTMSplitView is part of the MissingDrawer plugin, maybe remove that one.

Weird though: I deleted it, TM1 works, I downloaded the plugin again, in case it got corrupted, installed it, and TM1 stops working again. Makes me worried that something else got damaged in the background…
