The included one, I think (TM Version 1.5 (906))

For the included one, it seems the first { needs to be at the same line for it to pick up on the at-rule.

I've tried many combinations, but was unable to get the first "child" color-coded. Anyway, the code works OK, just a comestic issue when editing the css file.
