Hi,
At the moment there could be all sorts of triggers that I just don't know I'm missing...
ctrl-opt-cmd-b opens the bundle editor. Select the html bundle, all html tab triggers are listed there.
Furthermore, when you hit ctrl-cmd-t while editing your document, you get a list of all commands you can use at the moment.
