I suppose it is possible you might have some conflicts in the repository, if you've ever edited any bundle items. Do an "svn status" from ~/Library/Application Support/TextMate, and see if it reports anything suspicious.
Nothing which can be related to the Blogging bundle or the tm_dialog:
$ svn status ? PlugIns/TabMate.tmplugin ? PlugIns/TeXMLMate.tmplugin ? Bundles/Latex.tmbundle/Commands/Double German Quotes.tmCommand M Bundles/Latex.tmbundle/info.plist
It's getting weirder every second.
