ooh! where can I find these instructions. that's one of the things that's bugged me the most about OS X. (I'm a switcher)

Ok, I've understood, Smooth Scrolling doesn't work in my TM because I have activated the keybindings to move the caret with page up/down following Allan instructions.
Well, I prefer to have the movement of the caret.
