Thanks for the info. The 1.x version does in fact work better with 1.5.11 the release I am using.

The version of the bundle from before we updated it to 2.0 is here: https://github.com/textmate/lua.tmbundle/tree/textmate-1.x — though I don’t know if others have maintained an 1.x fork since then.
