Alex did an update to the LaTeX bundle which disables interactive input: http://github.com/lasersox/latex.tmbundle/commit/64c2a4a18bda6834f4a46668fb7...
It might be the variable hasn’t got the expected effect, it wouldn’t be the first time something like that has happened, will look into that.
