[TxMt] Can't Use Bundle Keyboard Shortcuts

Hello,

I love textmate, but I feel like I'm missing out on one of its major features...

I can't use any bundle keyboard shortcuts. The menu shortcuts work fine, but not the bundle shortcuts. I feel like I am missing something obvious, but I can't figure it out.
