It's possible that you have an old python bundle in ~/Library/ Application Support/TextMate/Bundles/.
Nope, nothing there. I have a "Pristine Copy" with a bundle for Bazaar and a "Themes" directory.
But I'll probably edit it and remove the macro ;)
