If you’re using 2.0 then install via Preferences → Bundles.

I can correctly generate pdf files from my source, but I have an issue: I do not know how to use forward and inverse search like I do with tex files and the latex bundle.

What do you mean? Search in the plain-text (well, Sweave) document? If so, that’s Edit → Find (⌘F).

Or are you talking about some sort of search in the generated PDF?
