Hi enas,
maybe you just have to update to the latest version of the latex
bundle. Then open a *.tex file and press [Command]+[Option]+[Comma]
for the bundle options, where you can set pdftex options (shown in the
screenshot http://skitch.com/janmichael/ap9p/latex-preferences)
